At Horsham Pilates Studio we believe that Pilates can help people of all ages and fitness levels to feel great! Pilates is a fantastic way of keeping your body fit, strong and flexible.

How we work

At Horsham Pilates Studio each client follows a personalized, structured programme. We work with you on a one-to-one basis or in a small group (maximum 3) so that you progress at the pace which is right for you. All in a friendly, supportive environment with a fully qualified and very experienced teacher.

For the entire hour Sue gives personal attention to every person and sets exercises that are tailored and paced to get maximum results

Our Pilates programmes make use of specialist equipment which means that you achieve results much faster than you would in a traditional mat-based setting.

In our purpose-built studio we have:

  • A Reformer

  • A Trapeze Tower

  • A Pilates Arc

  • A Combo Chair

  • Spring “Off the Wall” equipment

The different pieces of equipment feature springs and pulleys which provide resistance and assistance. This means that equipment - based Pilates is suitable for a wide range of clients, from the fit and healthy to those recovering from surgery, illness or injury. It is also suitable for pregnant women and women who have recently given birth, and for clients with a disability.
