I've been attending Pilates studio sessions with Sue for a number of months now and think it's fantastic! I already do mat classes but find the studio sessions a great addition to any other exercise I'm doing. Sue is very knowledgeable and the range of exercises you can do on the reformer is incredible. No two weeks are the same. Definitely worth trying out.

I found this Pilates studio in Horsham through a Facebook advert and decided to give it a try.
I just had my introductory session with Sue and it exceeded my expectations.
I was recommended to take Pilates by my osteopath as I suffer from neck and shoulders tightness and as an office worker my posture needs loads of help.
I feel great after my first session, Sue is really knowledgeable and has a very clear way of explaining how to perform the exercises correctly and what each exercise is good for.
I would recommend any of you who are looking into Pilates or need to add a bit of movement to your stiff bodies to give Sue a call, you wont regret it!
